Job descriptionCompletion of Grade XII or recognized equivalent Law and Security Administration Diploma and / or equivalent security experience Minimum two years experience in a control center / dispatch centre environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Must be computer literate MS Office computer program experience Demonstrated ability for working in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities. Duties
- To dispatch Security Guards at Toronto General Hospital Toronto Western Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital to various calls relating to the physical security of the facilities and life safety;
- Monitor control and assess activities of Security Control Centre including the CCTV surveillance at TGH TWH and PM;
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Security Guards at TGH TWH and PM; perform administrative and other duties as assigned.
