What you will do :
Influence optimal project outcomes
Prepare sprint reports and status reports
Set up effective communication on the project updates with the relevant partners
Run scrum meetings, scrum of scrums, retrospectives and other meetings in the agile framework
Enforce the ACF (Aviva change framework) compliance across the board
Build critical path for the project and ensure that the project is tracking well against it
Report any risks and issues to senior leadership
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
What you will bring :
Experience in running a complex, multi-million dollar technology initiative
Experience in the agile framework
Sound technical knowledge of IT delivery and sound business knowledge of general insurance.
Excellent presentation skills
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and the office suite
Experience in working with vendors and system integrators
Preference in background in pricing and data science.
