The Club Divisionis a material part of Jonas Software which is one of Constellation Software (CSU.TO) six operating groups. There are five primary software businesses within the Club Division that span the US, Canada, UK, South Africa and Asia. The Club Division is themarket leader with deep rooted client relationships and a diverse passionate employee base. We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, action-oriented individual with high business acumen who has experience in combining payments with software.
POSITION
Reporting to the Group Leader, Club Division of Jonas Software this position will provide overall leadership and deliver innovative, quality payments services to the Club Division companies focusing first across US and CAN. This leader will develop and manage a strategic plan to advance the company's objectives to drive profitable revenue growth and increased client retention. This person shall also foster a collaborative and safe working environment that seeks to attract and retain human talent. This role also oversees company operations to insure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. The leader is also responsible for developing and managing the company’s financial forecasting process in collaboration with the businesses and finance team as well as tracking actual performance and variance against the forecast.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage the strategic plan to advance the Division’s objectivesto grow new profitable revenue streams
Define the total addressable market and prioritize account engagement across businesses
Establish partnerships and an economic model to maximize the opportunity
Work collaboratively across our portfolio to enable a technical solution
Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources
Manage the process for budgeting, forecasting and review of actual results in coordination with corporate finance staff
Develop a unique value proposition by business that drives revenue, profitabilityand client retention
Highlight to the Group Leader potential acquisition opportunities
Maintain key relationships with partners, industry influencers and competitors
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years in payments business with 3+ years of hands-on experience successfully managing all aspects of a development team that designs and delivers software products and services
Experience managingP&L
Proven leader and builder of exceptional teams
Proven strategic thinker with the ability to drive through to results
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
Ability to develop and deliver presentations and one who has strong interpersonal skills
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel
Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously simply get work done
