The Role - What You'll Do:

As a Kitchen Manager at Smitty’s, you’ll lead the back-of-house team and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards every day.

  • Lead, coach, and develop your back-of-house team
  • Manage scheduling, labor, and daily kitchen operations
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet Smitty’s standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
  • Keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with front-of-house and handle guest feedback professionally
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, systems, and results


The Requirements - What You Need:

  • Experience in kitchen or hospitality leadership
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced environment
