Orchestrate Freight Velocity: Execute the rapid, precision loading and unloading of LTL trailers using a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift.
Master Weight Logistics: Calculate and manage optimal weight distribution across trailers to ensure maximum safety and transport efficiency.
Drive Data Precision: Maintain 100% inventory accuracy by meticulously tracking every freight movement using handheld scanning technology.
Lead Independent Operations: Command the dock with total autonomy, maintaining high-speed throughput while serving as the primary guardian of site safety protocols.

ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift to move LTL freight across the dock.
Load and unload various types of trailers, ensuring weight distribution is balanced.
Work independently to prioritize shipments based on departure times.
Scan and track freight using handheld devices to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
Identify and report any damaged goods before they are loaded for transport.
Maintain a clean and organized dock floor to ensure a safe transition for the morning crew
QualificationsValid Forklift Ticket/Certification (Required).
Must be available for afternoon training before moving to the regular night shift.
1–2 years of experience operating a Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift.
Previous experience with LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight is a major asset.
Must have CSA-approved steel-toed boots and high-visibility gear.
