As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Vice President will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of British Columbia's most innovative regional post-secondary institutions. Serving more than 9,000 learners annually across six campuses, the College is recognized for its commitment to student success, workforce development, community engagement, and educational innovation throughout the East and Central Kootenay region.Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President, Academic will provide strategic leadership for the College's academic portfolio, ensuring programs remain relevant, responsive, and aligned with the evolving needs of learners, employers, industry, and communities. The successful candidate will champion academic excellence, innovation in program design and delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture that empowers Deans, faculty, and staff to achieve ambitious institutional goals. Experience leading academic transformation, program development, quality assurance, strategic planning, partnership development, and organizational change will be essential.
