Hiring: Administrative Assistant- Junior (Onsite) | Edmonton
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to assist with the annual statistics submission process and provide frontline coordination support.
Location: Edmonton, AB (100% onsite)
Hours: 8:15 AM 4:30 PM (Mon Fri)
Background Check: Required
What you'll do:
Manage and respond to email inquiries from stakeholders
Support public bodies with submissions, timelines, and system access
Maintain and update contact records and reporting accounts
Track data, run reports, and provide status updates
Review submissions for completeness and follow up as needed
Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation
Must-Have:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year experience with data tracking and reporting
2+ years using Microsoft Outlook (email, calendar, tasks)
Nice to Have:
Administrative or office support experience
SharePoint experience
Client/stakeholder support background
