What is the opportunity?We are building a world-class DevOps platform for QTS and Capital Markets at RBC. As a Technical Lead, you will drive the strategy and execution of this platform, enabling application teams to ship faster, safer, and smarter.You'll lead a team of DevOps developers, set the technical direction, and be a hands-on practitioner who models the behaviors you expect from others — including the effective use of AI tooling in day-to-day engineering work.
