Key Responsibilities:
• Provide solutions to customer complaints effectively
• Ensure follow-ups for customer satisfaction
• Establish memorable relationships with clients
• Notify supervisors of customer trends and insights
• Conduct mentorship for junior technicians in training
Requirements:
• Certification in Sales/Marketing mandatory
• Background in related customer service an asset
• Competency in Microsoft software required
• Solid technical understanding of equipment essential
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols needed
