About Our Client
Our client is seeking a Junior Accountant to join their team.

About the Opportunity

• Process accounts payable including invoice coding, approvals, and vendor payments (~75 per month)
• Perform 3-way matching against purchase orders
• Record journal entries and maintain financial data
• Maintain accurate vendor records
• Support month-end and year-end tasks related to AP, cash, and ad hoc accounting duties
• Adhere to internal controls and accounting procedures
• Ability to learn and grow at the junior accountant level

About You

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable and/or junior accounting
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals (non-complex accounting environment)
• Experience working with purchase orders and three-way matching
• Working with NetSuite is considered an asset
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a transactional, deadline-driven environment
• No CPA designation required
