  • Ensure servers and services are reachable, resilient, and properly secured.
Incident, Change & Vendor Management:
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues (latency, packet loss, Wi‑Fi coverage, VPN instability, DNS resolution issues, etc.).
  • Own or contribute to incident, problem, and change management processes; ensure proper documentation and approvals.
  • Work with vendors/ISPs and service providers for escalations, outages, and service delivery improvements.
Documentation & Standards:
  • Maintain up‑to‑date network documentation: topology diagrams, IP schemas, firewall rule reviews, and VPN configuration baselines.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles for recurring network operations.
Required Competencies:
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of hands‑on network administration experience in a multi‑site environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across network and infrastructure components.
  • Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
  • Experience supporting wired and wireless enterprise networks.
  • Hands‑on experience with firewalls, switches, routers, and access points.
