On behalf of our Automotive client, Procom is searching for an IT-Clients Support for a 5 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position at our client’s Markham, Ontario office.
IT-Clients Support - Job Description :
The IT Client Support role is focused on ensuring seamless technology operations for both internal users and external clients. This position involves providing timely technical assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance to maintain productivity and enhance user experience across various systems.
IT-Clients Support - Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Log, track, and resolve service requests using ITSM tools; escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Install and configure operating systems, applications, and security updates; manage user accounts and permissions.
- Guide users through problem-solving steps via phone, email, chat, or in-person; provide training on IT tools and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and system changes for knowledge base and compliance purposes.
- Provide feedback to enhance IT processes, participate in system upgrades, and support digital transformation initiatives.
IT-Clients Support - Mandatory Skills :
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.1–3 years in IT support or helpdesk roles.Proficiency in Windows / Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and networking basics.Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and remote support platforms.Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.IT-Clients Support – Assignment Length :
This is a 5 month contract position.
