À propos du poste
Pour le compte de notre client dans le secteur Fabrication de produits en acier technique, Astek Canada recherche un(e) Technicien(ne) Support IT Niveau 2 motivé(e) et prêt(e) à relever de nouveaux défis.
Vos responsabilités
En tant que Technicien(ne) Support IT Niveau 2, vous serez amené(e) à :
- Assurer le support technique de niveau 2 auprès des utilisateurs.
- Effectuer le diagnostic et la résolution d’incidents sur les équipements et systèmes IT.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer la continuité des opérations.
- Intervenir ponctuellement en hauteur (ex. : ponts roulants, skyjacks) lorsque requis pour certaines installations ou dépannages.
