JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the guidance and support of the Chef and the Sous Chef, our Kitchen Supports/Line Cooks will be responsible for preparing and cooking in our kitchen, according to our policies and procedures and as it relates to OEB’s goals and expectations in providing our guests with a unique experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
Enthusiastic, outgoing, and positive attitude * Organization and multi-tasking skills * Ability to work as a team and with minimal supervision * Willing to take initiative and a drive the learn * Red Seal Certification/previous training or equivalent, an asset but NOT required * Maintaining a clean work environment * Knowledge of Provincial food safety standards and practices * Thrive in a fast-paced environment * Communication skills: Read, write, and speak English * 1-2 years of experience
