The Warehouse Scheduler/Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, coordinating installer schedules, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while providing excellent customer service.

Immediate Hire

Responsibilities:
– Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse to ensure productivity and compliance with OSHA requirements.
– Track inventory, check the ‘IN’ tray daily for new orders, and prepare products, doors, and hardware according to customer specifications.
– Schedule installers, write in all scheduled work, and pre-stage materials for upcoming installations.
– Receive and unload weekly shipments, documenting all hardware and components coming off delivery trucks.
– Communicate with customers to schedule installations and maintain positive customer relationships.
– Assist installers and installation teams as needed to support efficient and timely project completion.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
– Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
– Ability to lift up to 100 pounds; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
