Responsibilities :

We have multiple opportunities available on our kitchen crew responsibilities include :

• Prepare and cook menu items according to kitchen procedures and brand standards ensuring consistent quality in taste presentation and portioning.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation following all health and sanitation guidelines set by B.C. and Old Yale Brewing.
• Receive organize and store food properly including stocking and maintaining adequate levels of food on the line throughout service.
• Follow closing procedures to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next shift.
• Conduct prep work and portion ingredients ahead of time to keep service running smoothly.
• Roll up your sleeves and do whats necessary to get the job done and support the team complete other duties as required within the same scope and level.
