We Are Hiring for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician at our manufacturing facility in Windsor!
- 22–$25 / hr, negotiable based on experience
- Reliable transportation required
Responsibilities :
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) on manufacturing equipment to reduce downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
Validate and test new equipment; repair and revalidate existing machines and auxiliary systems.
Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area.
Accurately complete maintenance documentation and service records.
Requirements :
Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding equipment (required).
Previous experience operating lift trucks and overhead cranes (certification / training preferred).
Ability to lift up to 25kg and perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, and repetitive motion.
Flexible availability for shifts and weekend work.
Strong mechanical aptitude and a reliable, hard-working attitude.
