Job Title: Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated laborer to perform general yard maintenance and cleanup, including garbage and snow removal. The role also involves maintenance of fleet equipment, such as washing and painting equipment. The successful candidate will ensure the yard and equipment are kept neat and organized while performing heavy lifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general yard maintenance and cleanup, including garbage and snow removal.
• Maintain fleet equipment by washing and painting.
• Keep yard and equipment organized and tidy.
• Handle heavy lifting as part of daily duties.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in general labor and construction tasks.
• Experience with hand tools and outdoor work.
• Ability to meet physical demands such as standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in forklift operation is a plus.

Work Environment
