Cascadia Metals is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Class 1 Truck Driver. The successful candidate will be a driven team member, who shares our champion's mindset and values. This is a hands-on role where the candidate is expected to complete his tasks while providing support during your shift.Employees must wear steel toe bootsResponsibilities:Ensure compliance with all safety regulations within your job functionEnsure product integrity during transit Clean and maintain your company vehicle Representing Cascadia well to our customersEffectively problem solve any day-to-day issuesCommunicate with stakeholders and team members in a professional mannerMust be able to fill out standard drivers' daily logbooksFilling out paperwork for incoming/outgoing materialsSafety Protocols (Pre-trip Inspections)Daily trips only – No overnight trips. Shipping/receiving, loading/unloading trucks The equipment in it and the general maintenance of the property.
