Job Overview
IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our hospitality operations in Canada. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding guest services, front desk operations, and reservation support while ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service, hotel reception, and administrative skills who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage hotel check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Process payments, invoices, and front desk transactions
- Maintain accurate records using hotel management and PMS systems
- Respond to guest concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding room status
- Follow hospitality standards, safety policies, and company procedures
