MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Review weekly payments to suppliers;
Daily review of accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices;
Perform various accounting entries;
Participate in the preparation of month-end and ﬁscal year-end ﬁles (balance sheet/income statement);
Prepare various management reports, reconciliations, and analyses for internal and external purposes;
Tax declarations (GST, QST, VAT, American taxes);
Monthly preparation and analysis of the ﬁnancial statements for one of the companies;
Rigorous cash ﬂow monitoring;
Participate in the improvement of the department's work methods;
Occasional payroll support.

OTHER RELATED TASKS

Perform bank reconciliations (accounts and credit cards);
Perform data entry of receivables into the ERP system;
Customer credit validation;
Perform customer collection;
Perform data entry of payables into the ERP system;
Prepare weekly payments to suppliers (in the ERP system and at the bank).

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

DEP or DEC in accounting and/or ﬁnance;
Between 3 and 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
Bilingualism (French/English);
Good problem-solving skills and a strong sense of organization;
Excellent analytical skills, autonomy, and good adaptability;
Intermediate Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP and pivot tables) and ERP system;
Ability to meet tight deadlines;
Mastery of the complete accounting cycle;
Ability to perform accounting for multiple entities and in multiple currencies;
Knowledge of payroll.
