Warehouse & Production General Labour Cambridge and Ayr

Location: Cambridge, ON (and surrounding areas)
Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 / hour + 4% Vacation Pay

Responsibilities
- Accurate Order Picking: Use RF scanners to locate, select, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Material Flow Support: Assist with the efficient loading and unloading of trailers and organizing inbound/outbound freight.
- Quality Inspection: Visually inspect finished goods to guarantee they meet strict quality control benchmarks.
- Workplace Safety: Help maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free warehouse floor to prevent hazards.

Qualifications
- Background: Minimum 1 year of experience working in a warehouse, production, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for full shifts, with the capability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
- Tech-Comfortable: Comfortable using (or being trained on) RF scanning units and basic digital inventory systems.
- Mindset: A track record of excellent punctuality, strong reliability, and a collaborative team attitude.
