Job Description
• Participate in Epic system training and apply the knowledge to effectively support this assignment.
• Support the Health & Wellness team in migrating employee medical records from paper files into the Epic electronic health records system. This includes:
o Reviewing and verifying information from hard copy medical files to ensure completeness and accuracy before data entry.
o Entering data accurately into Epic and ensuring all information is complete and error-free to maintain system integrity and minimise rework.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, security, and privacy of all employee health information in compliance with company requirements and applicable standards.
• Assist in validating migrated data and resolving any discrepancies identified during quality checks.
• Organise and manage electronic and physical records to support efficient retrieval and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with the Health & Wellness team to prioritise data entry activities and meet migration timelines.
• Provide progress updates and status reports on record migration activities as required and maintain accurate documentation of all migration work.
• Identify and recommend practical improvements to data entry and migration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Adhere to Epic procedures and data management guidelines to support effective system implementation.
• Support organizational philanthropic, quality, environmental, and compliance initiatives and model the Company’s core values.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
Note: This is a temporary assignment focused on transferring existing paper-based records into Epic. The role concludes once the migration and validation of all records have been completed.
Qualifications
Minimum
• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Admin, IT, Health Services is an
advantage.
• 1-2 years’ experience in administrative, data entry or records management work.
• Experience working with confidential or sensitive information is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy Microsoft Office, data entry systems) & ability to learn new
systems quickly.
• Ability to work with large volumes of repetitive data entry while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow established procedures.
• Core capabilities: Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Ability to handle confidential
information responsibly; and good organisation and file management skills.
