Key Responsibilities Assess clients’ needs and financial goals, providing personalized advice and recommending suitable insurance products Foster and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-ups, policy reviews, and support with claims and adjustments Consistently achieve or exceed personal sales targets and performance goals Preferred Qualifications Must have or willing to obtain required state / provincial license Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) What makes AO so amazing?
