We are currently seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator for a busy distribution company. The Logistics Coordinator will organize and manage schedules and routes for our drivers, ensuring deliveries are timely and meet our high standards of service.Responsibilities : Plan and coordinate daily logistics operations with a proactive approach.Efficiently transmit information between customers, drivers, and warehouse staff.Resolve any arising problems or complaints from drivers or customers.Monitor progress of deliveries with drivers and ensure compliance with delivery schedules.Safeguard driver adherence to stipulated routes, schedules and enforce safety policies.Requirements : Previous experience as a dispatcher or a similar role in a distribution or logistics firm.Comprehensive knowledge of logistics and distribution procedures.Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to cope with a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
