Data Entry and Administrative Clerk (Part-Time)

Location: Montréal-Nord (East of Montréal)

Status: Temporary to permanent (Temp-to-Perm)

Schedule: Part-time (24 hours per week, Monday to Friday, day shift)

Salary: $ 24.00 to $ 26.00 per hour (based on experience)

About the Company: Our client is a well-established family-owned business specializing in the industrial transformation and manufacturing of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum products. Known for its dynamic and close-knit work environment, the team is currently seeking a versatile professional to fill a key role in data entry and administration.

Responsibilities
Perform high-volume and accurate data entry into the internal system.

Ensure smooth tracking of client and supplier orders.

Qualifications
Language Requirements: Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required, as the software systems, documentation, and daily operations are conducted in English.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Systems & Accounting: Hands-on experience with an ERP system (such as SAP or similar) and basic accounting principles.

Industry Experience: A solid background working within a manufacturing or industrial environment is a major asset.
