A prominent real estate developer in the GTA, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Planning Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and motivated professional to join a thriving company known for its large-scale projects and commitment to excellence.

As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the organizational backbone of the Planning Department. From coordinating meetings and managing correspondence to preparing reports and tracking project timelines, your day will be dynamic and rewarding. You’ll maintain organized records, liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, and play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of planning submissions and documents. Whether proofreading critical materials or jumping in to tackle last-minute tasks, no two days will be the same as you help bring transformative projects to life.
