Engineering Manager, Innovation Team

Slimline MFG is building something special and were looking for an Engineering Manager who is, above all else, a builder. Someone who will humbly serve the team and its mission, roll up their sleeves, and become a critical member

of our Executive Management Team as we accelerate our next wave of innovation.

The Role

As the leader of our Innovation Team, you will guide the early stages of product development across TurboMist and EcoMister from concept and prototyping to validation and handoff. You will help create the systems, processes, and culture that enable rapid, disciplined, and customer-driven engineering.

This is a role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to shape the engineering foundation of a company scaling quickly.

How Youll Lead

• Serve the mission firstremoving roadblocks, creating clarity, and enabling great engineering work.
• Mentor and develop a young, talented engineering bench, sharing experience while empowering their creativity.
• Build processes that support accelerated innovation without sacrificing quality or discipline.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Product, and Sales while representing Engineering at the EMT table.
• Use a hands-on approachsketching concepts, reviewing CAD, validating field tests, and helping the team iterate smarter and faster.
