We are seeking an HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and be proficient in the installation and maintenance, of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to read and interpret schematics. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality service and efficient system performance.

Location: Laird Rd, Mississauga (office)

ALL EXPENSES ARE PAID FOR

Hours: Vary, Overtime available
Benefits: After 3 months
Salary: $50,000 yearly

Duties:
Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units.
Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems to identify necessary repairs.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site.

Skills:
Proficiency in plumbing, welding, and mechanical repair techniques.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including boilers and appliances.
Ability to build and maintain complex mechanical systems.
Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
A proactive approach to learning new technologies and techniques in the HVAC field.

Qualifications
- background in construction an asset
- must be able to lift heavy PTAC / VTAC units
- must be good with travelling up to 5 days
- must be ok to go to the office in Mississauga and travel all over Ontario
