This position is full-time and would require you to work some weekends.
Responsibilities
- General cleaning of the common areas of the building (lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping
- Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies
- Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (varies by property) and picking up loose garbage / debris around the property
- Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal, safety or hazard to the Resident Manager
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction
- Perform other duties as assigned
