What Will You Do?

Plan and execute email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact

Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and product data sheets

Write and edit technical and promotional content with brand alignment

Support product launches with communication plans and comparison tools

Maintain consistency across all marketing assets per brand guidelines

Coordinate with design vendors to produce visual content

Collaborate with technical, sales, and product teams to gather marketing content

Conduct market research and provide sales with trade show and presentation support

Manage marketing documentation and digital assets for accuracy and distribution

Organize and coordinate trade show logistics and promotional materials

What Do You Bring?

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in B2B or manufacturing

Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Zoho)

Strong graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

Excellent writing and proofreading abilities for technical and creative content

Understanding of brand consistency and visual identity systems

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS is a plus
