About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restoration Supervisor to oversee disaster restoration and construction projects. This role involves managing field teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high-quality standards in restoration work.
The ideal candidate is bilingual (English & Spanish), has strong leadership skills, and experience in restoration, construction, or related environments.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily restoration and construction activities on-site

Lead and coordinate crews for water, fire, and damage restoration projects
-
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
-
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
-
Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
-
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
-
Train, guide, and support team members
Qualifications
-
3 5+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or related field
-
Previous supervisory or team lead experience
-
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Valid driver's license preferred
Preferred Experience

Experience in disaster restoration (water, fire, mold, etc.)

Knowledge of restoration equipment and techniques
-
Health & Safety certifications (WHMIS, Working at Heights, etc.)
