Job Must Haves

• 5+ years of production supervisor
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• Experience with managing 15+ people
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge/inclined

Job Duties

• Over-looking and managing 15-20 machine operators
• Completing daily scheduling for production
• Ensuring that inventory is up to date and materials are available
• Communicating with other departments
• Quality inspecting all finished products
• Assisting with tasks on the floor
• Monitoring productivity and providing performance feedback
