What will you work on?
The Regional Educator, in consultation with their clinical Program, Professional Practice Office (PPO) and Operational Leaders, works with Clinical Practice Educators (CPE) and Clinical Mentors in the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of education, training and related knowledge services within the assigned practice area(s) for Interior Health (IH).
The Regional Educator provides knowledge services, leadership and promotes consistent development, application, delivery and integration of evidence-informed knowledge services within the assigned practice area(s) by methods such as : utilizing adult teaching / learning techniques, continuous and culturally safe quality education, and incorporating change management principles. This position acts as a resource to staff and others by providing evidence, guidance, and support in relation to education / knowledge transfer methods, technologies, evidence-informed practices and initiatives.
