Master the Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of MHE, including Counterbalance, Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, or Walkies.

Power the Supply Chain: Lead trailer loading/unloading and strategically stage materials to keep Cambridge’s top production lines moving.

Tech-Driven Tracking: Ensure flawless inventory accuracy by tracking and logging material movements seamlessly with RF scanners.

Safety First: Take ownership of your workspace with daily pre-shift inspections and champion a zero-harm, team-first culture.

Qualifications
Certified Skills: A valid Forklift Certification is highly valued (Counterbalance, Reach, Raymond Reach, or Walkie).

Proven Experience: 1+ years of hands-on forklift experience navigating a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing floor.

Rock-Solid Reliability: A reputation for being punctual, dependable, and the kind of team player colleagues can count on.

Laser Focus: The ability to maintain sharp accuracy and steady speed when the floor gets busy.
