Position: Law Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $85–$135/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Design realistic, end-to-end legal workflows to challenge current AI models.
Grade agent performance in handling complex legal scenarios.
Build scenarios for contract, commercial, compliance, regulatory, procurement, and litigation tasks.
Evaluate contract drafting, redlining, regulatory analysis, and compliance program design.
Collaborate asynchronously to enhance AI model performance and meet deadlines.
Work independently on long, focused sessions to improve AI model outputs.

Qualifications

Must-Have

JD required; 3+ years practicing in relevant legal fields.
Working fluency in contract drafting, regulatory analysis, and compliance.
Proficient in reading and producing legal artifacts.
Clear written communication with step-by-step legal reasoning.
