Responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining industrial production equipment. Ensure machinery operates efficiently to meet manufacturing goals, perform routine quality checks on finished goods, and adhere strictly to all safety and sanitation protocols in the workplace.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED, basic math and measurement skills, and mechanical aptitude. Employers look for candidates who can safely operate equipment, read technical blueprints, and lift heavy materials. On-the-job training is often provided, but prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
