Generate CNC programs using Powermill.CNC Operator Job Description:Create, load, and examine CNC programsSet up tools, indicate and load materials onto CNC machineCarry out machining of componentsCarry out inspection to the authorized levelIdentify and report errors and suggest improvementsWork with managers and supervisors to implement the Company's policies and proceduresMake a positive contribution to maintaining a workplace that is healthy, safe, neat and tidyCarry out any other duties reasonable within capability as required by the CNC LeaderCNC Operator Qualifications:Fully skilled 5 years minimum experience CNC OperatorAble to Program all aspects of 3D CNC using PowermillFull 5 Axis CNC knowledge is an assetWork to fine tolerances with various materialsAble to use a wide variety of measuring equipmentAble to work under own initiativeFlexible, courteous, friendly and positive approachDiscretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all timesOperator must have their own tools to perform CNC dutiesAble to work various shifts
