Job description

Select People Solutions is working with our client to find an experienced Senior Land Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, industry knowledge, and exceptional attention to detail. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys balancing project administration, client communication, and supporting junior team members while ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.

Compensation & Hours:
• The rate of pay will be $60-90K/year, based on experience
• Monday through Friday, daytime hours

Position Summary:
• Manage administrative requirements for land acquisition and third-party projects
• Maintain accurate and complete project, field, and administrative files
• Ensure documentation complies with client, company, industry, and legislative requirements
• Monitor project timelines and provide regular status updates
• Communicate professionally with clients, Land Agents, and internal stakeholders
• Assist with prioritizing projects and team workloads
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Administrators and Junior Land Agents
• Identify administrative challenges and recommend process improvements
• Review documentation to ensure quality and accuracy before completion

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in land administration or a related field
• Knowledge of applicable land legislation, regulations, and industry standards
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and document accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team

• Previous supervisory or mentorship experience
• Knowledge of Indigenous land practices and consultation requirements
