Job description

Are you ready to drive a high-impact Enterprise Data Strategy for our Calgary client? We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager for this 12-month contract opportunity to coordinate critical value streams and ensure the successful delivery of modern data initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and diverse working groups to turn complex data goals into reality within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and tracking of all work across multiple project value streams.
  • Coordinate deliverables between technical teams and academic stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure all milestones are met.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate consistent communication between working groups and leadership.
  • Translate technical progress into clear updates for executive review.
  • Support project tracking and decision making through detailed information synthesis.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Three to five years of project management experience in data or IT environments.
  • Professional certification such as a PMP or CAPM.
  • Functional knowledge of data governance, architecture, and analytics processes.
  • Strong background in project scheduling and risk management.
