This permanent part time position works approximately 32 hours weekly from the Ayr Office. You will handle data entry, confidential filing, typing, quoting, purchasing, and Excel queries. The work also includes reception, mail sorting, travel scheduling, and clerical support. Positive relationships with employees, supervisors, agencies, vendors, clients, and the public are essential.
