Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern focused on Data Entry to support our Operations team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in logistics operations, with a focus on data entry, tracking and tracing shipments, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a university undergraduate program and available to start immediately concluding at the end of August 2025.
Responsibilities
Perform accurate and timely data entry into ERP and / or other data management systems.
Track and trace shipments across various channels and provide status updates.
Communicate effectively via email and phone with internal teams and external partners.
Support the team with administrative and clerical duties.
Follow established procedures and escalate issues as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a university undergraduate program.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in email writing.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
