Mission:

Transform raw data into strategic insights that will shape the evolution of our Wealth Tech solutions. You are the key partner for the Product team and management, defining the future based on evidence, not opinions.

What You'll Do:

• Strategy & Data Identification: Be the end-to-end owner of our application data analysis. Collaborate with all teams (Product, Engineering, UX/Design, Customer Service) to identify key data sources (SQL, logs, analytics tools) and define metrics that measure feature adoption and effectiveness.
• Data Mastery: Cleanse, prepare, and structure raw data. Work with data engineers to industrialize processes, optimize our data warehouse, and ensure consistency across all performance indicators.
• Data Visualization & Storytelling: Develop interactive, intuitive dashboards. Translate complex numbers into compelling narratives (data storytelling) and propose actionable recommendations to drive product improvements, prioritize new features, and boost user retention. You'll map user journeys, run A/B tests, and identify "moments of value."
• Tech & Culture: Participate in the selection of cutting-edge visualization and behavioral analysis tools. Be the champion of our data-driven culture, encouraging evidence-based decision-making across the company.

*The working language is French. A perfect command of French (oral and written) is mandatory.

You Need:

• 5+ years in data analysis, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field (BI, Statistics, CS, Engineering).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Expertise with Product Analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, LogRocket).
• Mastery of a modern BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with data warehouse technologies (Databricks, Snowflake).
• Proficiency in a programming language for data (e.g., Python).
• Strong analytical mindset, quick learning ability, and high autonomy.
• Excellent written and oral communication in French and English—you simplify and synthesize technical information brilliantly.

Knowledge of the financial domain is a strong asset.
