  • Leveraging your knowledge of business intelligence, data visualization, automation, and emerging technologies, you will modernize reporting capabilities and increase the value delivered through analytics.
  • Through coaching, mentoring, and capability building, you will develop a high-performing team that embraces innovation, data literacy, continuous learning, and evidence-based decision-making.

Desired Education & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional designation preferred.
  • 8-12 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, management reporting, analytics, data management, business intelligence, or finance transformation, with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Proven people management experience, including leading analytics, finance, or business intelligence teams, developing talent, and driving cross-functional initiatives while influencing senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs and projects from strategy through execution and continuous improvement, including change management, prioritization, and management of multiple workstreams.
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, planning, reporting, data management, analytics, visualization, and business intelligence tools; experience with health-related data is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with modern data and technology platforms, including cloud-based analytics environments, SAP, TM1, Python, R, AI, and machine learning applications is considered an asset.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Strategic, results-oriented leader who demonstrates integrity, adaptability, initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes under pressure.

What we offer you:

  • Competitive base salary range.
  • Annual Performance Award up to 10%.
  • 4 weeks' paid vacation
