Cash Management & SWIFT Monitoring Analyst
During the week, the team members work in staggered hours (11 : 30AM – 07 : 30PM).
12 months contract
Montreal, QC (hybrid 3 days onsite)
- The job position is in the Cash Management control tower team where the main activities are the monitoring and incident management of Cash Management, SWIFT and Monétique (payment cards' transactions) activities of client in Europe.
- This team is part of a bigger worldwide setup based in Singapore, Paris, Brussels, Lisbon and Montréal.
- The main mission : ensure a 24 / 7 follow-up of all financial operations on highly critical banking applications in a “follow-the-sun” setup for cash management activities.
- Thus, working hours are from 11.30AM to 19.30PM during the week.
- Weekend shifts are required (every 2 weekends at the beginning).
- The main activity at the beginning of the mission will be to monitor the transactions related to payment cards in Europe.
- Then after 4 months, the contingent workers are trained on others monitoring activities related to SWIFT and Cash Management transactions.
