Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering
Design and maintain scalable data pipelines across on-prem and cloud platforms
Ensure data integrity, security, and availability
Optimize ETL workflows and data processing pipelines
Manage data lakes, warehouses, and storage solutions
Implement data governance best practices
Data Analytics
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and insights
Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools
Conduct statistical analysis to support decision-making
Extract and manipulate data using SQL
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Build performance metrics and service dashboards
Support Agile teams with data-driven insights
Must-Have Skills
5+ years experience as Data Analyst or Data Engineer
Strong SQL and data modeling experience (star and snowflake schemas)
Experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and APIs
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Experience building dashboards (Power BI or similar)
Experience ensuring data quality, governance, and security
Experience working with large and complex datasets
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization
Technical Environment
Data Tools: SQL, SSIS, Azure Data Factory
Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP
Visualization: Power BI or similar BI tools
Storage: Data lakes, data warehouses, NoSQL
DevOps: Git, CI/CD, containerization
Nice to Have
Experience with Azure Databricks
Experience with AI, machine learning, or NLP
Public sector or Government experience
Experience with scripting or programming languages
