Job descriptionAn honest and positive approach to customer service. Multi-tasking. Good listening and verbal communication skills. Strong people skills. Detail-oriented. Self-motivated and independent. Able to work as a team to coordinate throughout holidays. Flexible and able to work overtime or adapt to different shifts if necessary. 3-5 years of Customer Service experience in an INDUSTRIAL / MANUFACTURING environment necessary. High school diploma (or equivalent).

As we continue to grow we are seeking a dynamic and hardworking individual that is interested in learning a bit of everything in our customer service department. We are looking for someone who wants to learn, grow and help make a positive impact on our customer's overall experience.

A typical day may include :
- Answering phones.
- Filing paperwork.
- Dealing with walk-in customers.
- Checking orders to ensure that they are correct.
- Call customers for payments.
- Getting back to customers promptly.
- Constantly communicate with the floor workers about new and existing orders.
- Provide assistance and clerical support to the Accounting Department.
