A career as a Banking Customer and Sales Representative  in the  Strawberry Retail Banking  team at Canadian Western Bank, a part of National Bank, is to act as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and financial solutions. This job allows you to have a positive impact on the organization through your customer service skills, financial knowledge, and ability to build strong relationships.

Your job

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure every client interaction is positive and meaningful.
• Open accounts and offer banking products tailored to client needs.
• Identify opportunities for referrals to Account Managers to support clients’ financial success.
• Process transactions accurately while maintaining compliance and attention to detail.
• Educate clients on banking products to promote understanding and engagement.
• Contribute to the success of the branch through collaboration and continuous learning.
