Gather proposal information, manage submissions, and address associated risks. Create high-quality, customized responses and proofread for accuracy. Ensure proposal deadlines are met by establishing priorities and schedules. Report issues to managers promptly. Maintain quality standards and proposal support databases. Enhance proposal writing processes and material while maintaining a response library for future reference. Organize and manage electronic files in the company's platform and CRM. 3+ years of RFP writing or corporate communications experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Highly organized and self-directed. Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills. Collaborative team player. Deadline-driven in a fast-paced environment. Bilingualism is a plus.
