Who are you?
We’re looking for someone to coordinate the day-to-day flow of our creative department. You will be the right-hand to our Head of Creative, also supporting the Creative Directors, and strive to ensure the teams (and projects) are an organized and well-oiled machine.
You must be agile, hyper organized and resourceful – you aren’t afraid to have your hands in several different pots. You should have the ability to see challenges and the foresight to solve for those challenges early. Your goals are to free up the creatives from those pesky account and project management duties so they can focus on delivering world class creative; cut down on freelance and increase individual utilization by coordinating top notch resourcing.
Most importantly – you have a passion and understanding for how creative runs at an agency.
What will it entail?
- Be the front line of the day-to-day of the creative department
- Coordinate all resourcing and forecasting of the creative department
- Coordinate multiple and concurrent schedules across the creative department, notably the Head of Creative.
- Anticipate and coordinate freelance / external resources
- Create and manage schedules, ensuring responsibilities are noted across all milestones and communicated to proper teams.
- Effectively and proactively communicate project status and other project-related reports as required
- Understanding of multiple areas across the department (creative, print, production, digital)
- Be a part of campaign briefs to identify and coordinate resources
- Ensure our creative team is protected between both accounts and with our vendors
- Detail-oriented, managing vendor and freelance paperwork / onboarding and contracts
- Submitting invoices / hours and ensuring freelancers are paid and within budget
- Coordinate the annual agency awards submissions supported by the Head of Creative and ELT
The other stuff?

We are an equal opportunity employer, and we invite women, members of visible minorities, Aboriginal peoples and persons with disabilities to submit their application. Accommodations are available upon request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.
We are building the most inclusive and the most collaborative culture so that we can all do the bravest work of our careers.
We thank all applicants that apply and appreciate your patience; due to a high volume of responses we will review all applicants, however only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
