Select is partnering with our client to recruit a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to support warehouse and/or yard operations. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating equipment, working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in safety and efficiency.

Compensation & Hours:

The rate of pay will be $20-25/hr. depending on experience
This is a full-time, temporary position
Some weekends might be required

Position Summary:

Operating a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently to support production and shipping timelines
Working in varying temperature conditions
Completing employer-specific forklift training
Providing accurate and timely documentation
Strategically organizing products to maximize space
Keeping the work area clean and hazard-free
Adhering closely to all loading procedures

Required Qualifications:

Valid forklift certification
High school diploma
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Basic computer skills for data entry and retrieval
Strong commitment to safety and excellent attention to detail

Bonus Points For:

Experience in warehouse, yard, or industrial settings
Familiarity with inventory systems or shipping/receiving processes
